slide preparation onion skin

1.-First take a picce of onion skin off the onion.

2.-Put flet on a slide.

3.-Add a drop of stain (wethylere blue) on the edge of the cover flip.

4.-Carefull caver the onion with a cover slip.

5.-Add drop of water.

6.-Wipe of the excess stain with a paper towel.

7.-Place the slide on the stage of the microscope.
